There are inspection and testing regulations for power transformers

1、 When taking out the switch for inspection, measure the resistance value of the current limiting resistor, and there should be no significant difference between the measured value and the product's factory value.

2、 When checking the removal of the switching switch, check that all the action sequences of the switching contacts of the switching switch comply with the technical specifications of the product.

3、 Check that there should be no open circuit during the entire switching process of the switching device; Electrical and mechanical limit actions are correct and meet product requirements; When the operating power supply voltage is 85% or higher of the rated voltage, reliable action should be taken during the entire switching process.

4、 Before injecting insulating oil into the switching switch oil tank, its electrical strength should meet the regulations.

5、 Operate the transformer without voltage for 10 cycles. Under no-load conditions, check the voltage regulation of the switching device according to the technical specifications of the product. The three-phase switching synchronization and voltage variation range and pattern should have no significant differences compared to the product's factory data.
